We love heart disease.Steamed fresh vegetables, grilled chicken/beef/pork/fish/whatever, and a fresh loaf of french bread from the bakery at the grocery store. Your family stays healthy, your wife will enjoy the night off, and you'll be the hero. Best of all, it will only take you 30 minutes to cook it, and you'll get to play with fire.Cheers Des.
